Jedward on Taylor Swift: 'She's a strong woman in a world full of male egos'Cheeky Irish twins John and Edward Grimes, better known as Jedward, have waded in on Calvin Harris' recent criticism of ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift. Earlier yesterday, Harris suggested that Swift should find someone else to "bury" in the public eye because he is "not that guy" and tweeted: "I know you're off tour and you need someone new to try and bury like Katy ETC but I'm not that guy, sorry. I won't allow it. Please focus on the positive aspects of YOUR life because you've earned a great one." Jedward took to their own Twitter page this morning and shared their thoughts on Harris' remarks, writing: "People should be giving @taylorswift13 respect for being such a strong woman in a world that's full of male egos. It's not fair @taylorswift13 is criticised for writing songs from a honest perspective when other singers just sing about twerking etc." "Keep writing your signature songs @taylorswift13, your genuine lyrics ring clear to so many people. Continue to get your love story back on track @taylorSwift13 with Tom, you don’t need anyone's approval to do what's right for you. All of @taylorswift13's ex’s should just play down their armor & weapons & accept she’s a goddess standing strong, who knows what she wants." Jedward added: "All the misconceptions about @taylorswift13 are stupid and created by people with no respect she's a lot more than what's put out there. Keep listening to your dearest friends @taylorswift13 cause they know you best and stay away from the tangled web of bad blood." Follow us: @Pressparty on Twitter / Pressparty on Facebook.
