Louis Walsh tips 1D's Niall Horan and Harry Styles for solo success

Louis Walsh thinks Niall Horan and Harry Styles have the best chance of achieving success as solo stars following One Direction's hiatus.

The boyband went on a prolonged break at the end of 2015.

Styles has already bagged a role in Hollywood film Dunkirk, but no official solo music has yet come forth from One Direction's hiatus.

Speaking to Ireland's Saturday Night With Miriam, X Factor judge Walsh said Horan could have a profitable solo career.

He said: "Niall Horan was in the right place at the right time, he’s the luckiest guy in the world and he knows that.

"They made an awful lot of money but it’s over now for them and who’s going to have the solo career. I think Niall will do really well and Harry."
