Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato are currently on their joint Future Now tour and confessed that they know how to help one another out when they're struggling with personal problems. 

When asked how they help each other out when they're having a bad day on tour, Jonas explained that he's always the first one to try and actively shake off a bad mood:

"My first instinct is to be like, let's get out of the shit, let's pull ourselves out of the rough. Demi can sit there a little longer. I'm in a bizarre time in my life where I'm single, but that has been tricky. And she likes drama, so I'm able to talk about my dating shit without feeling bad.

Lovato had a different response and revealed that sitting and talking things out helps her: "Women are more emotional and sometimes I just want to be heard. So to have him listen is very helpful."

Jonas then talked about what he did when he split from girlfriend Olivia Culpo and added: "I internalise things, so we have this rule that we never want to hear about it in a tweet or something. She'd read me the riot act, so she's the third person I call -- my dad, Joe, then Demi. She was like, "Just go, ­create and be free." She also said some other things..."

Lovato added: "I go, "Honestly, I didn't like her anyway." It's not because she's mean or anything, but he has such a great sense of humour and I want him to be with someone that makes him laugh. I can tell if something's up because he'll close off."
