Rocker Jared Leto has revealed that his band 30 Seconds To Mars are working on a brand new album. 

The star, who plays the role of The Joker in the new movie 'Suicide Squad', explained to Entertainment Tonight that it should be released next year if all goes to plan:

"We are working on our fifth album now, which is incredible. We never thought we would get this far. We're almost done with it and it looks like it will be out in 2017."

Earlier this month, Leto told the Rolling Stone that people didn't understand his desire to move into the music world when he was doing so well as an actor: "There were so many people that didn't understand. There were people in this town who thought it was insane. There were films that I decided not to do because I had tiny little tours, and people would just lose their minds. And some of them turned into the biggest movies ever made."
