Louis Walsh says 1D are "definitely" done: 'They had their run, it's all over'

Irish music mogul Louis Walsh has opened up about the future of One Direction and confessed that they are "definitely" not getting back together as a band.

During a new interview with The Telegraph this week, Walsh was asked if the boyband is finally done. He replied: "Yeah, I would say so."

He then repeated that 1D are not planning on making a return, adding: "It's not going to happen, nope. No, definitely not. It's over, they had their run, all over. It's done and it was an amazing career."

Walsh also admitted that the lads might not do as well by themselves as solo artists as they initially hoped: "Some of them believed the hype and then everyone around them - publicists, agents, managers - were afraid to tell them because they were making so much money out of them."
