Steve Aoki reveals plans to be cryogenically frozen

DJ Steve Aoki has revealed that when he dies, his body will become the property of Alcor Life Extension Foundation in Arizona, where he will be cryogenically frozen.

During an interview with America's Rolling Stone magazine, he explained that watching his father, Benihana founder Rocky Aoki, pass away caused him to arrive at the unusual decision: "He had tubes all in him, but he'd grip my hand tight. He was still there, fighting. His brain was not ready to die."

Aoki, meanwhile, recently finished in fifth place on Forbes magazine's 10 Highest-Earning DJs list with earnings of $23.5 million. He placed higher than Diplo, Skrillex and Martin Garrix. Calvin Harris topped the list with $63 million.
