Tom Hiddleston has confirmed that he is still friends with Taylor Swift despite breaking up with the pop singer.

The two stars dated this summer and were seen together out in public.

However, the actor and the singer reportedly called time on their relationship after a matter of months.

While appearing at the Emmy Awards on Sunday (September 18), Hiddleston was asked by People if they're still friends.

He replied: "Yes. Yes, we are."

Swift was previously in a relationship with Scottish DJ Calvin Harris.
