Niall Horan has re-iterated that One Direction will perform live again.

The group went on hiatus at the end of 2015 after releasing five albums.

While a number of the singers - including Horan - have launched solo careers, the Irishman confirmed to fans that One Direction will reunite in the future.

He told Most Requested Live with Romeo: "It's not a case of one more show.

"There's going to be plenty more One Direction shows. That's a guarantee...There's definitely more than one."

Last month Horan surprised fans by releasing his debut solo single 'This Town'.
