Frank Ocean albums not submitted for Grammys consideration

Frank Ocean is set to miss out on Grammy nominations - because his albums weren't submitted for consideration.

The awards confirmed to Billboard that the musician's 'Blonde' and his visual record 'Endless' weren't put forward.

He released the records in August, which is nearly two months before the Grammys cut-off point of September 30.

Ocean hit No.1 in countries across the world with his second album 'Blonde' when it was released earlier this year.

The musician won two Grammy Awards in 2013 - Best Urban Contemporary Album for 'Channel Orange' and Best Rap/Sung Collaboration for 'No Church For The Wild'.
