Ed Sheeran's talent could 'carry him forward into future years for music listeners'

Producer Nick Patrick, who worked on Elvis Presley's latest posthumous release The Wonder Of You: Elvis Presley With The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, has revealed that British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran could match the global success of the King.

Speaking to BANG Showbiz recently, Patrick explained that the "Photograph" sensation could be as prolific as Elvis Presley if he keeps going the way he is:

'When you think of artists say in 50 years time, which ones of those will still have their reputation carry them forward into future years for music listeners, I think [of] someone like Ed Sheeran who is an amazing songwriter."

Ed Sheeran, meanwhile, will perform live at London's Natural History Museum on November 30 and the concert will benefit East Anglia's Children's Hospices' (EACH). For more information on this, click here
