Adele too 'scared' to have another baby over post-natal depression fears

Adele admits she isn't planning on having a second child because her post-natal depression first time around was so bad.

The singer gave birth to Angelo back in 2012, but she told the new issue of Vanity Fair that she was overwhelmed by post-birth blues.

When asked if she will have a second baby, the superstar singer said:

"I’m too scared. I had really bad postpartum depression after I had my son, and it frightened me... I didn't talk to anyone about it. I was very reluctant.

"My knowledge of postpartum - or post-natal, as we call it in England - is that you don’t want to be with your child. You’re worried you might hurt your child. You’re worried you weren’t doing a good job."

Adele took a number of years out of music to have her child, before releasing her third album '25' last year.
