Muse have some lofty ambitions for their new studio album. 

Chatting to Q magazine about the plans for their next full-length offering, frontman Matt Bellamy explained that he is tempted to switch up the genre: "I really wanna try and just make like a hip‑hop album. I think I’m gonna actually, starting rapping on our next eighth studio album."

Bellamy also recently told Absolute Radio that the next record might be a little more "stripped down": “I feel like I say it every time with each album but I feel like it might be time to actually do something a bit more stripped down.”
