John Lewis unveils 'Buster the Boxer' Christmas advert, supports Wildlife charity

John Lewis has unveiled its Christmas advert for 2016 and this year's focus is on wildlife.

This year's advert sees two parents surprising their daughter with a trampoline, but the gift is first enjoyed by foxes, a badger, a hedgehog and a squirrel as night falls. It ends with the family's pet dog, Buster the Boxer, racing out of the house on Christmas morning and bouncing on the trampoline.

John Lewis has partnered with The Wildlife Trusts, which helps protect and restore our nation's wildlife and natural habitat for our children today and in the future, for this year's commercial and The Wildlife Trusts is selling soft toys featured in the ad and 10% of the sales will be donated to the organisation. You can buy your cuddly friend here!

Queen's Brian May launched a campaign to save Britain's hedgehogs earlier this year called #AmazingGrace and you can read more about this worthwhile initiative here
