Little Mix beating Metallica and Bruno Mars in UK chart battle

Little Mix are on course to land their first UK No.1 album with their latest effort 'Glory Days', which is set to beat the likes of Metallica and Bruno Mars.

The record has already sold 64,000 units in the country after it was released on Friday (November 18). If it continues its pace, the album will be the fastest selling of the year in the UK.

Metallica enter at No.2 with their first record in eight years 'Hardwired...To Self Destruct', while Bruno Mars shoots in at No.3 with his latest effort '24K Magic'.

Michael Ball and Alfie Boe's 'Together' drops one place to No.4, with Elvis Presley's 'The Wonder of You' staying put at No.5.

UB40’s 'Unplugged' enters at No.16, Dodie is in at No.23 with 'Intertwined' and Donna Summer's 'Ultimate Collection' is placed at No.25.
