The shortlist of nominees for the Brit Awards’ prestigious Critics’ Choice Award was unveiled today (December 10).

Making the list are band The Vaccines, singer James Blake and the ‘Do It Like A Dude’ singer/songwriter Jessie J.

Previous years have seen this title given to greatly successful acts and artists such as Florence and the Machine, Adele and Ellie Goulding.

2011’s Brit Awards will take place on February 15 at London’s O2 Arena.
