Selena Gomez: "Only limited people have access to me"

Songstress Selena Gomez recently completed the Thrive Questionnaire and got a little existential.

When asked what kind of relationship she has with her cellphone, the Hands To Myself sensation explained that she is practicing detachment where that is concerned:

"I recently took 90 days off. During that time I did not have my cellphone. It was the most refreshing, calming, rejuvenating feeling. Now I rarely pick up my phone, and only limited people have access to me."

She also opened up about the last time she experienced "burnout", confessing that it was "three months ago, before I took a hiatus to take care of myself."

Gomez finished the interview by sharing a quote that inspires her and treated readers to this gem:

“You are not what happened to you, you are what you chose to become after what happened to you.”
