Zayn and Louis Tomlinson among highest new entries on UK singles chart

Former One Direction bandmates Zayn and Louis Tomlinson are set to make an impact on this week's UK singles chart with their respective new entries.

On Monday's (December 12) midweek update, Zayn and Taylor Swift's surprise new track 'I Don't Wanna Live Forever' enters at No.5. Tomlinson and Steve Aoki's 'Just Hold On' debuts at No.21 after only one day on sale.

At No.1 on the midweek update, Clean Bandit stay put with 'Rockabye', which has spent over one month at the top spot. Rag’n’Bone Man’s 'Human' is up from No.8 to No.2.

The Weeknd is a non-mover at No.3 with 'Starboy', Rae Sremmurd's 'Black Beatles' drops to spots to No.4 and J Cole is in at No.34 with his new entry 'Déjà vu'. Lady Gaga’s 'Million Reasons' is up a massive 20 places to No.40.

X Factor winner Matt Terry, however, is expected to make a huge impact on this week's singles chart. His winner's track 'When Christmas Comes Around' was released on Sunday night (December 11).
