Louis Tomlinson and Steve Aoki rise to No.2 on UK singles chart

Louis Tomlinson and Steve Aoki have rocketed to No.2 on the UK singles chart with 'Just Hold On' after performing it on the X Factor at the weekend.

The duo ran through their new collaboration 'Just Hold On' on the show just days after Tomlinson's mum Johannah passed away at the age of 43 after a battle with leukemia. The song was released after the show ended.

The Official Charts Company revealed on Tuesday (December 13) that the tune is now No.2 on the main singles chart, with the tune sitting 4,000 units behind Clean Bandit's 'Rockabye'. It rose 19 places since Monday (December 12).
