Blondie singer Debbie Harry has joined forces with designer Shepard Fairey to help create a new fashion line for women.

The artist told WWD that Harry has been involved closely in the process, which is for his label OBEY. It is expected that finished items may be available to buy from the autumn.

"Fairey said: "I've been a Blondie fan my whole life and have collaborated with them in past, which has been a dream come true. But working with Debbie on this project has been totally inspiriting. She's been very involved and hands-on for the whole process, just another display of her incredible talent."
