5 Seconds of Summer have won the dubious Worst International Band honour in Rocksound's annual readers' poll.

The Australians beat Black Veil Brides, Attila, Twenty One Pilots and Babymetal to the prize as the British rock music magazine invited its readers to vote.

In February, 5 Seconds of Summer won the Worst Band prize at the NME Awards for a second year in a row. Writing on Twitter after the news broke, drummer Ashton Irwin said that they are "unstoppable at being the worst".
