The 1975 have announced landmark concert at New York's Madison Square Garden as they continue to make a big impact in the US.

The group will perform at the venue on June 1. It is currently the Brits' only US date of the year confirmed so far, although they will head to South America in March and April.

Before that, however, is a run of European shows. The 1975's tour will open at AFAS Live in Amsterdam on January 31 before they visit to the likes of Lyon, Munich and Vienna.
