Last.fm reveals its list of most listened to acts of 2010

In keeping with the end of the year polls, music site Last.fm has compiled its list of most-listened to artists of 2010 and Mumford & Sons took the title for the UK.

The London based band racked up over 11 million ‘scrobbles’, which put them into second place in the global ranking. The top spot was taken by U.S star Ke$ha with her debut album ‘Animal’.

In the global top the other 10 most played bands and artists included Katy Perry, Eminem, Arcade Fire and Rihanna. Gorillaz were the only other UK act to feature in this list.
