Gaga, Swift top most charitable celebs list

Yet another end-of-year list has been making headlines, but it is perhaps the most season-appropriate yet. DoSomething.org has revealed its list for ‘Celebs Gone Good’: the top 20 most charitable celebrities of 2010.

Lady Gaga took the top spot for living up to the DoSomething spirit of standing up for causes one believes in when she called for an end to the U.S. military’s "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy (which was recently repealed) and also hosted the "Hands Up for Marriage Equality" event.

The runner-up spot went to Alicia Keys for raising $1.1 million with her Digital Death Campaign in support of the Keep a Child Alive foundation while number three was Taylor Swift and her $500,000 dollar donation to flood relief in Nashville and literacy promotion with Scholastic’s READ NOW program.

Other music stars ‘Gone Good’ included Nick Jonas, Justin Bieber, Shakira and Wyclef Jean.
