Chris Brown and Justin Bieber to release their collaboration

Chris Brown and Justin Bieber are planning to release a collaboration at 'the top of the new year'.

Brown, who recently completed his anti-domestic violence course, and heart throb Bieber have joined forces, which comes as no surprise as the 16 year old Canadian was king of collaborations in 2010, working with Sean Kingston and Ludacris, and already announced that he's working with Rascal Flatts on his forthcoming album.

'Forever' singer, Brown, took to his Twitter account on December 25 and wrote:

"ME and @justinbieber got a BANGER/SMASH record for all the fans out there at the top of the NEW YEAR!!! 2011#BREEZYTAKEOVER"
