‘Whip My Hair’ writer responds to Soulja Boy claims

 The songwriter responsible for Willow Smith’s monster his ‘Whip My Hair’ has responded to claims made by Soulja Boy who claims he penned the tune.

The ‘Crank That’ rapper took to his Twitter yesterday, saying: "YES ITS TRUE I WROTE ‘WHIP MY HAIR’ FOR WILLOW SMITH.

"THATS WHY SHE SAYS HOP OUT THE BED TURN MY SWAG ON. WE GETTING $$$ 2011 NO GAMES."

However, JukeBox – the producer and credited writer of the song – responded on his own twitter page, saying: "Soulja say he ghostwrote it ’cause that’s right he wasn’t there”

"My house must be POPPIN! cuz i had NO IDEA soulja was in my house when i did that song! #invisibleswag??"
