Jessie J has revealed some private details about her childhood in a recent interview. 

The singer-songwriter explained how she comes from a solid creative background and that she started to pursue music from the very young age of 9:

"The first song I ever wrote I was 9. I don't really talk about it much because it's pretty bad, "there is never freedom in a world like ours, people always dying, what is it all about?", and I was 9! Seriously intense child."
