Lil Wayne announces full U.S arena tour

U.S rapper Lil Wayne has announced a full North American arena tour, called 'I Am Music II', which will kick off in March. 

These live dates will be the 'Got Money' star's first since his release from Rikers Island prison in late 2010 and will work as the sequel to his 2008-2009 'I Am Music' tour, which according to Billboard.com pulled in a staggering $42 million and over 804,000 fans. 

Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross and Blink 182's drummer, Travis Barker, are also set to join Weezy on the tour. He will perform at the following venues:

  • March 18 - Buffalo, N.Y.   (HSBC Arena) 
  • March 19 - Columbus, Ohio (Nationwide Arena)
  • March 20 - Baltimore, Md. (First Mariner Arena)
  • March 23 - Hampton, Va.   (Hampton Coliseum) 
  • March 24 - Cleveland, Ohio   (Quicken Loans Arena)
  • March 26 - Philadelphia, Pa.   (Wells Fargo Center )
  • March 27 - Long Island, N.Y.   (Nassau Coliseum) 
  • March 30 - University Park, Pa.  (Bryce Jordan Center) 
  • April 1 - Chicago, Ill.   (United Center )
  • April 2 - Detroit, Mich.   (The Palace of Auburn Hills) 
  • April 3 - Washington, D.C. (Verizon Center)
  • April 6 - Miami, Fla. (Bank Atlantic Center) 
  • April 8 - Greensboro, N.C. (Greensboro Coliseum) 
  • April 9 - Atlanta, Ga. (Philips Arena)
  • April 10 - St. Louis, Mo. (Scottrade Center) 
  • April 14 - New Orleans, La. (New Orleans Arena)
