Faith Hill has revealed that she thinks it's finally time to come back and make a new album. 

Her last album of entirely new material, 'Fireflies', came in 2005 and she released two compilation albums in '07 and '08 respectively, so she's due back in the studio. Hill explained to Billboard.com that family life had taken priority over the past few years:

"the pendulum has shifted a bit in my priorities... since the birth of my children,"

"I feel very blessed I'm able to stay home with my kids. My husband works really hard and I'm a wife and that's the path that I've chosen. The other things that I do really have to fit in around that. I've been working (on an album) for awhile, but it just takes a little bit longer. And that's okay."

Although revealing that she is working on something new, she was careful not to give out specific details and just teased:

"I'm right in the middle of it, so it's really hard to describe what it is until I'm done. That's the honest truth. I'll be able to tell more, maybe once I come out of the studio in the spring."
