Adele's continued midweek chart success

Adele still has the UK's best-selling single and album as the midweek chart is unveiled this afternoon, March 9.

She's holding on to her top spot with 'Someone Like You' and her second full-length record, '21', despite the new competition that has entered the charts this week.

Rather impressively, all of the top 5 singles are non-movers and there was only one new entry, which came from Wiz Khalifa at 10 with his track 'Black And Yellow'.

Britney Spears' second single, 'Till The World Ends', from her forthcoming album has shot straight in at number 15 and Olly Murs' 'Heart On My Sleeve' has begun its chart journey at number 20.
