Hot U.S newcomer Alexis Jordan has vowed not to use her sexuality to sell records as she is too young. 

Speaking exclusively to Company magazine, the 'Good Girl' singer explained:

"I'm young, so I don't want to be too sexual. I can do the whole woman thing when I'm a woman," 

"For now, let me smile and be fun."

The starlet, who is signed to Jay-Z's Roc Nation label, also opened up about the difficulties of being in her position at just 18 years old:

"Young artists like me are growing up in front of you. I'm not perfect, I'm only human! If I went through a hardcore break-up then of course my music is going to change and maybe I'll change a little too."
