Superstar Shania Twain has been given her own television show called 'Why Not? With Shania Twain', which will run on Oprah Winfrey's network OWN from May 8. 

The show is set to look at the personal hardships suffered by the country singer over the past few years before her New Year's Day wedding to now-husband Frederic Thiebaud, and she really opens up during the programme. 

In a new trailer that was released recently, she explains:

"Leaning about myself, growing, coming to terms with a lot of things. I have lost my ability to express myself and my ability to sing."

"I was slowly losing my voice and slowly losing my confidence. Now of course my marriage was slowly breaking down, too. First I found out my marriage was over and then the next day I found out about the affair."
