The midweek chart update (April 7) has shown that Jennifer Lopez has managed to cling to the top spot with her new record 'On The Floor', which features Pitbull. 

Katy Perry's latest single 'E.T.' has climbed 7 places to 5 this week thanks to the release of its video, Chris Brown's 'Beautiful People' was a new entry at 32 and Nicki Minaj was another newcomer to the chart this week with 'Girls Fall Like Dominoes', which has started its top 40 journey at number 39. 

The albums chart fared similarly as Adele shows no signs of faltering from her number 1 position with '21', but Katy B's 'On A Mission' has shot straight in at 2. These entries and non-movers will be confirmed on Sunday, April 10 and you can watch a recent interview with JLo here:
