Michael Jackson autopsy photos cleared for court

Photographs from Michael Jackson's autopsy will be shown during his former doctor's trial, a judge ruled on Thursday, April 21. 

Superior Court Judge, Michael Pastor, has also given the green light for segments of the King of Pop's movie, 'This Is It', to be screened, but only for the sake of demonstrating his mental and physical health before his untimely and tragic death:

"I don't think this should be entertainment," Pastor explained. "We should not feel deprived of our 99-cent iTunes if we don't hear the whole song".

Concerns were raised, however, over the nature of Jackson's autopsy photographs but Deputy District Attorney David Walgren has assured relatives and the jury that they are simply "tragic":

"Although they are tragic, they are not gruesome or gory,"
