Shed Seven announce full UK tour

British band Shed Seven have announced details for a full UK tour that will take place this December.

It's been a few years since the band took their hits back out on the road, but singer Rick Witter explains he's still drawn to performing live and will never fall out of love with it:

"In those days it was all Top Of The Pops, Chris Evans,Richard and Judy and flying around the world. Obviously a lot's changed in 15 years, personally you're as likely to find me on the school run as swinging my mic lead on the stage but hopefully we've proved that good songs played by a good band stand the test of time and I still feel the stage is where I'm meant to be."

Their tour, which will see them revisit their 'A Maximum High' album's tracklisting, will begin on December 2 in Glasgow and the full list of dates are as follows:

  • December 2 - Glasgow's Barrowlands
  • December 3 - Newcastle's O2 Academy
  • December 5 - Liverpool's O2 Academy
  • December 6 - Cambridge Junction
  • December 8 - Sheffield's O2 Academy
  • December 9 - Manchester Academy
  • December 11 - Nottingham Rock City
