Mel B might go it alone in the delivery room when she gives birth to her third child as she admits that husband Stephen Belafonte would probably be "horrendous" in that situation. 

Speaking to New! magazine, the pregnant former Spice Girl revealed he is a little squeamish:

"Will he be my birthing partner? Oh God no, he's going to be horrendous."

"I mentioned to him that at some point we're going to pack our overnight bag and he literally went white."

35-year-old Mel B also confessed that she wants chemical relief during the birth following a previous unfortunate experience where pain medication wore off during labour:

"It's all about the drugs. I've experienced not having pain medication - not by choice but because my pain medication wore off - so I've experienced the hard corners of it."
