X Factor's Gamu Nhengu has won the right to remain in the UK following her possible deportation earlier this year. 

The talented young singer was facing having to return to Zimbabwe after a court ruling, but she and her family have been granted permission to stay in the country and their lawyer, Frances Farrell, said:

"We are delighted to announce that the court has allowed Gamu,her brothers and her mother's appeal."

"My clients are all delighted with the decision, it's the first great news they’ve had for months."
