Bruno Mars tops singles chart

After four weeks holding at No. 1 on the UK singles chart, electro-dance duo LMFAO’s ‘Party Rock Anthem’ has finally been toppled by Bruno Mars and his hit, ‘The Lazy Song’.

The song managed to beat both reigning champs LMFAO as well as competing tune ‘Where Them Girls At’ by David Guetta, Nicki Minaj and Flo Rida, which was No.1 at the midweek charts.

Lady Gaga’s, ‘The Edge of Glory’, stormed into the running at No. 6, while other new entries include Yasmin with ‘Finish Line’ at 13 and Take That with ‘Love Love’ at 15.

As his collaboration with Jennifer Lopez slips down the charts, rapper Pitbull has leapt 8 places this week to No. 4 with ‘Give Me Everything’ featuring Ne-Yo, Afrojack and Nayer.
