Professor Green's Arctic collaboration hopes

Professor Green tipped Alex Turner, frontman with Arctic Monkeys, as "one of the best writers of our generation" during an interview at Radio 1's Big Weekend after his blistering performance.

The 'I Need You Tonight' rapper explained to the NME that he'd be interested in collaborating with Turner and thinks they could work really well together:

"I’d love to hook up with Alex Turner, I love him."

Green also revealed that with only 16 days left to complete his new studio album, he's putting all of his effort into perfecting it and said it's "darker" than his debut:

"It’s a much more sure record, but it’s a bit darker. We’re going straight for the neck with the first single, I’m not resting on my laurels."
