Lily Allen celebrated her upcoming nuptials last night (May 20) with a party featuring a cooking lesson from none other than Gordon Ramsay.

The visit was a surprise arranged by one of the singer’s friends on her hen night ahead of her marriage to builder beau Sam Cooper.

The pair will be tying the knot on June 11 at St James the Great Church in Cranham, Gloucestershire.

Such a special event warranted a special warm up celebration and Lily was clearly enthralled with her surprise, as she tweeted excitedly: “I am on my hen, having a cooking lesson with a very special teacher.”

It wasn’t long before she revealed the mystery teacher to her curious followers with a blurry picture and the message: “Gordon Ramsay, and he was brilliant. Had no idea, I am a very, very lucky girl.”
