Eminem is in the process of filing a lawsuit against the German car manufacturing company, Audi, for using a track that sounds very similar to his '02 hit 'Lose Yourself' in a new commercial.

The advertisement for the 2012 Audi A6 Avant model features an audio clip that bears a striking resemblance to the rapper's hit single and his team, Eight Mile Style, are looking to file a cease-and-desist order to stop its use. 

Joel Martin, a spokesman from Eminem's Eight Mile Style, explained the situation:

"We believe Audi not only used'Lose Yourself' to sell their product without permission, but their spot actually feels inspired by elements of Chrysler’s commercial campaign.”
