Paramore, Weezer and Evanescence for Muppets tribute album

Some of modern rock's most popular acts have signed up for a Muppets tribute album. 

Paramore's Hayley Williams, Alkaline Trio, Weezer and Evanescence's frontwoman, Amy Lee, will feature on the new record, which will be released in the U.S on August 23 and is set to see covers of popular songs originally by Jim Henson's furry creations. 

The tracklisting for the forthcoming 'The Green Album', which precedes the release of the 2012 'The Muppets' movie, is as follows:

Weezer and Hayley Williams – 'Rainbow Connection'
