Brother forced to change band nameSlough-based four piece Brother, who rocked Glastonbury festival over the weekend, have been forced to change their name following a legal battle over the moniker. Singer Lee Newell told the NME that another band in Australia served them a writ over use of the name: "There's this fucking Celtic band called Brother too. We knew about it but honestly we thought nothing about it because they were so small." Josh Ward, Brother's bassist, added: "This guy travelled across America to come to our San Francisco show, fought his way to the front and chucked a 30 page document on my feet while we were playing. "I said, 'What the fuck's that?' and he went, 'You've been served'. They have since re-branded as Viva Brother and debuted a new banner at Glastonbury, with their revamped name, during their set.
