Former child star Aaron Carter has denied recent comments attributed to him saying that the late Michael Jackson offered him drugs and alcohol at only 15 years old.

The singer, who was a long-time friend of Jackson’s, was quoted by OK! Magazine writer Daphne Barak in an Australian issue of the magazine as saying: "Yes, he gave me wine. I mean, I could have refused, but I was 15.’ As for drugs? ‘He gave me cocaine. I felt weird about that and other stuff…”

However, a representative for Carter has come forward claiming the quotes were fabricated. The rep told Tmz.com: "Nothing was said that was reported."
