Slipknot to stream their Sonisphere set online

Slipknot have announced that their forthcoming set at Sonisphere Festival will be streamed live from their official website.

The 'Spit It Out' rockers will headline the event on Sunday, July 10, but as a treat to their fans around the world have revealed that their performance will be shown online. A statement from the band reads:

"England has always been a special place for this band from the very beginning.  We can’t think of a better way to culminate our celebration of Paul’s life than to share it with the Maggots at Knebworth and the millions more watching around the world.  This is not to be missed.''

They will also hold a two-minute silence for their late bass player, Paul Gray, over the weekend at Sonisphere and you can watch them perform 'Wait and Bleed' at a London gig here:
