Jessie J, Example and Tinie Tempah have been named among the nominees for this year's Urban Music Awards.

The 'Do It Like A Dude' hitmaker is up for four nominations, including: Artist of the Year, Best Album for 'Who you Are', Best Female Artist, and Best Single for 'Nobody's Perfect'.

Example is also nominated for four awards: Best Male Artist,  Artist of the Year, Best Dance Act and Best Album for 'Won't Go Quietly'.

The rapper also picked up an additional three nominations for his collaboration with Wretch 32 on 'Unorthodox'.

Adele and Katy B are also nominated for Best Female Artist.

Other nominees include JLS, Chipmunk, Dappy from N-Dubz, Tinchy Stryder, Chris Brown, Jason Derulo and Nicki Minaj.

The awards will take place in London on September 14.
