Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith have issued a statement following the news that broke yesterday, August 23, which suggests they have decided to get a divorce. 

The couple, who are parents to talented children Willow and Jayden, were reported to have ended their 13-year married in an article published by In Touch magazine and have now spoken out to clarify the situation:

"Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false. We are still together, and our marriage is intact."

Meanwhile, Pinkett Smith's publicist Karynne Tencer told Entertainment Tonight that the stories that imply she has been cheating with her 'HawthoRNe' co-star Marc Anthony are very much untrue:

"Everything about the Marc Anthony story is completely false, but we are not commenting on whether they are separating or not."
