Justin Bieber to make Universal label history

Justin Bieber has revealed that he will become the first artist signed to Universal to have part of his album sales profits donated directly to charity.

The 17-year-old heartthrob will release his 'Under The Mistletoe' Christmas album on November 1 and a cut of the profits will be given to the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Pencils For Promise.

He explained in a recent interview that Universal supported his philanthropic wishes and have helped him to make his charitable dreams come true:

"Universal never actually allowed money from the album to go to charity, so it's kind of a unique thing and I'm very happy and proud of what we've done. I tell them basically what I want and they kind of go and help me get it done."

He unveiled the music video for 'Mistletoe' in the early hours of this morning, October 19, and you can watch the festive offering in full here:
