Miley Cyrus asks fans to stop harassing Kelly Osbourne following "stoner" claims

Miley Cyrus has asked fans to stop leaving negative comments for Kelly Osbourne following a video that surfaced in which Cyrus refers to herself as a "stoner".

At the Hannah Montana star's 19th birthday party in Los Angeles last week, her friend and 'So Undercover' movie co-star, Kelly Osbourne, presented her with a Bob Marley birthday cake.

A video surfaced online of the party and the birthday girl's "stoner" comments have caused a stir:

“You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake — you know you smoke way too much f***in’ weed”.

Osbourne was heard saying "I thought salvia was your problem, man?” to the crowd.

The former reality star later defended the 'Can't Be Tamed' singer on Twitter, saying that it was all a joke:

“let me make something very clear after @MileyCyrus salvia incident we started calling her bob miley as a JOKE! the cake was also....A JOKE! it makes me sick that @MileyCyrus so called 'friends' would sell her out and lead people 2 believe she is someone that she is not!”

Since then, Cyrus has stepped in to defend Osbourne following more nasty comments from people:

"Please stop bombarding my friends twitter pages with rude comments. NOTHING gives you the right to threaten people. I love u @MissKellyO :)"

Let's check out two videos from the stars. Here's Miley Cyrus' video for 'Can't Be Tamed' and Kelly Osbourne's music video for her version of Madonna's 'Papa Don't Preach', which she released in 2002:
