Amy Winehouse's new album raises £140,000 for charity

Mitch Winehouse has revealed that sales of his daughter's posthumous album has raised a phenomenal amount of money for The Amy Winehouse Foundation. 

In a series of posts published on his official Twitter page this afternoon, December 6, Mitch explained that 'Lioness: Hidden Treasures' has already raised over £100,000 for the charitable organisation in just a single day:

"Just been told. Amy at number 1. 140,000 sold = £140,000 to (the) foundation in one day. Well done baby. My heart is sad but bursting with pride."
