Madonna wins Golden Globe for 'W.E.'

Madonna's new movie and directorial debut 'W.E.' may have only just been released internationally, but she has already won an award for the exciting offering.

At last night's Golden Globes (January 15), the Queen of Pop was awarded the Best Song prize for 'Masterpiece', a ballad which she co-wrote and sung for her film's soundtrack

This wasn't her first Golden Globe win, as back in 1997 she earned herself the coveted title of Best Actress in a Comedy or Musical for her role in 'Evita'.

She also presented the award for Best Foreign Language Film and took the opportunity to poke fun at host Ricky Gervais, saying:

"If I'm still just like a virgin, Ricky. Then why don't you come over here and do something about it. I haven't kissed a girl in a few years. On TV."
